All you need to do is edit the settings on your email client to recent:username@gmail.com. That recent prefix tells Gmail to download all of your email messages to that device. This can in turn make it easy to keep track of your messages, and your responses – an important consideration for busy businesspeople, salespeople and others who need to stay in touch no matter where they are. ====== GAMME google apps migration for microsoft exchange ====== Now can be done from G Suite Control panel From: https://support.google.com/a/topic/27378 From: https://support.google.com/a/answer/172212?hl=en&ref_topic=4454645 Microsoft Windows® (for each computer on which you install the utility): XP SP3, Windows Vista®, XP3, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003/2008 Microsoft Outlook® 2003, 2007, or 2010 (32-bit version) GAMME currently doesn't work with 64-bit versions of Outlook.
