    But l like more tweaks to get best performance and more fastness which every people wants. 
    If you like manual tweaks then follow these steps.

    “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Dnscache\Parameters”
    
    And then right click on the white space at the right and add four DWORD values:
        CacheHashTableBucketSize = 1
        CacheHashTableSize = 384
        MaxCacheEntryTtlLimit = 64000
        MaxSOACacheEntryTtlLimit = 301

    To make the changes to take effect, flush your Windows DNS cache by issuing the command ipconfig /flushdns

     Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button. In the search box, type Internet Explorer, 
     and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.
     Click the Safety button, point to SmartScreen Filter, and then click either Turn Off SmartScreen Filter or Turn On SmartScreen Filter.
     In the Microsoft‌ SmartScreen Filter dialog box, click OK.

Recently certain pages will not display or only partly.
I noticed this behaviour on IE8 as well -- and I cannot get it right.

Examples:

http://www.vitalitools.nl/nl/tfa/30202802_thermometer.php


IN IE8 one can hit F12, opening Development Tools.
Under tab DISABLE one can switch OFF/ON CSS, Pop-Up Blocking and SCRIPT.
