supervisor

Note that it is all lowercase. Supervisor did not work.

If Replace Black PCU (Type F) appears on the display replace the black photoconductor unit. If Replace Color PCU (Type A) appears on the display replace the three color photoconductor units. If Replace Fusing Unit (Type C) appears on the display replace the fusing unit.|

Go into SP MODE Method ONE

2. Release the arrow keys and press the 'enter' key.

3. Select '2. Engine' - Then go to option '7.'

Entering the Service Program Mode - There are two ways to enter the Service Program Mode. Method 1: Turn the machine on while pressing the On Line key and Escape key together.

Method 2: Press the Up/Down arrow keys together for about 5 seconds, then press the Enter key.

1. Select '2. Engine' - Then go to option '7.'

After. do reset

7-804-xxx to reset count for the unit in question.
