Creation of Test Windchill server
- Drives
- c: sys Unordered List Itemtem
- f: PTC database - Oracle
- Use Acronic True Image Echo Server to clone c: and f: to USB Drive
- Use Acronis DVD recovery disk to restore to Two drive system
- Booting from restored system does not work
- Use Windows Server 2003 Enterprize Install disk to recover windows system ( second Method ie. instead of re install)
- System then booted
- stop original server and start new test system
- set drive on second disk to f: and reboot
- system boot successful
- check Oracle database - looks good
- install service packs not on install disk
- Activate
- check access to windchill
- not good - change ip address to 192.168.1.4
- Successful
